• The initial Home Advisory Visit is a paid professional consultation focused on helping you understand the concern, evaluate your options and determine the most sensible next step.

• Fee is collected when the appointment is confirmed.

Before the appointment, you will be invited to provide:

• A brief description of the concern

• Property location and type

• Relevant photographs

• Contractor estimates or proposals

• Condominium or building requirements

• Your preferred timing and intended outcome

Includes:

• Up to 75 minutes at the property

• Review of the homeowner’s concerns

• Visual assessment of accessible conditions

• Discussion of priorities and reasonable options

• Identification of work that may require a licensed professional

• Concise emailed action summary

• Recommendations for the appropriate next step.

Additional services, written project documentation or ongoing coordination can be proposed separately when appropriate.
